User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during application and onboarding
- Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary strategies or materials provided
- Actively participate in coaching sessions and implement recommended strategies
- Communicate openly and honestly about challenges and progress
- Respect our team's time by attending scheduled calls or providing advance notice of cancellations
- Use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, strategies, templates, and resources provided through our services remain the intellectual property of Creative Queen Talent. Clients receive a limited license to use these materials for their personal creator business only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refund policies are specified in individual agreements
- Prices are subject to change with advance notice
Results Disclaimer
While we provide strategic guidance, coaching, and proven frameworks, results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and numerous other factors. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, follower growth, revenue increases, or business success. Success requires consistent effort and implementation of recommended strategies.
Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations, coaching sessions, and communications is treated as confidential. We will not disclose client information without permission, except as required by law. We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Creative Queen Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, access to proprietary materials and ongoing support will cease. Termination does not entitle clients to refunds except as specified in service agreements.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
